Hi there...I'm out of town for a week so i'm renting my mix/writing room. Own entrance, rest room, wifi. Fully equipped with UAD Apollo 8p/KRK/...Ready to go for mixing, or bring you'r own monitors. Great for writing. There's a a nice vox and also some good mic's. Big windows, clean and sound designed.
