hey there its a beautiful ground floor spacious high ceiling 100sqm studio in a big renovated studio building(atelierhaus 79). the studio has a small kitchen, a toilet and a shower there is as well a small wood workshop area with some tools I'm sharing it with one more artist, he is a painter. the working space for the sublet is about 40sqm I'm leaving on the 5th of august for 2 months and would like to sublet the place i will be leaving my stuff there of course, therefore the rent is much cheaper then what im paying and its 270euro per month
