Looking for a good subletter from July 1-late August (there's some flexibility in the end date) in Gowanus, Brooklyn at the Can Factory (3rd Street & 3rd Avenue, near F, G, R). You'll have 550 sq. ft. of a 700 sq. ft. studio. The remaining, walled-off space is used by with my longtime photographer studiomate. Workspace only, no living. Huge space, big windows, great building + location. Price is negotiable based on prorated end date, but about $900/month.
