Sublet for 20 Sep - 7 Dec. (Or, just October and November 2023) This is a shared studio that gets a lot of light in Neukölln. It is half-submerged underground, but two large windows let in a consistent amount of light. It is 5min walk from Hermannplatz, and it is shared with very sweet studiomates. It is an apartment building with the first 2 floors of the back building as art studios. In total, between the upstairs and downstairs, there are 10 artists working in the building. There is Wifi, but this would probably be better suited to a studio artist than a writer/researcher since the Wifi is slightly spotty. There is a kitchen, refrigerator, bathrooms, and microwave. I am going out of town from Sep 19 - Dec 7th, and while I would prefer someone who can fit that timeframe I can consider someone who can only do it partially. I am clearing out the sculptures I am working on now, so it will look more empty in person when you visit.
