We are Maximiliam and Stephanie we are owner of a 1600 m2 garden with a charming cottage and a little miniature version of it, part of the garden is wild Forrest, the other part is a lot of free space we are working on. ( we have all film equipments you need for a indoor photography ) Our place is cool, we have a Sweidish hot tub, table tennis, a hammock, guitars, outdoor Beamer for movie nights and fireplaces. Our place has only one neighbour 100m from us, so outdoor party's isn't a problem. If you Need a place to sleep you can have a room and a open living room underneath a shelter. You can use our house, for cooking. A beautiful lake is 3min by bike from here, the nature is just pleasant, needle tree forest with sandy floors and moss. The lake has a few beaches with beach volleyball, few sandy beaches, crystal clear water to swim in, we got badminton equipment shisha/hooka a grill, 3 bicycles, 2skateboards, slack line, tables on the sun, a photography studio. Our cottage is inside a historical village, pretty much like in the old times, with some good restaurants, a sand beach area named Sedinner sea, a perfect place for appreciation, photography, swimming, sunbath, barbecues. You will be located 2 min from the bus station which has access to the main train line, 30 min from Berlincity.
