Sew Tuft Studio is primarily a shared multidisciplinary studio space in a 1600 sq foot home with a live/work opportunity. This 100 year old home is west facing, has lots of afternoon sun and is a two bedroom, one bath with laundry on premise. The private bedroom for rent is fully furnished (full sized bed) 9 x 10 ft, with a closet and two windows. This includes access to the extra long driveway, kitchen, bathroom, covered patio, fire pit and dining area. While staying at Sew Tuft Studio you will have access to the downstairs studio and machinery supplied in studio 24/7 (quiet time 11 pm - 8 am nightly). We are located in SE PDX facing Lents Park, neighbors to The Portland Pickles, on the bus line, and walking distance to SE Powell MAX stop. Close to a farmers market, bakery, food trucks, gyms, bars, and various stores.
