Hi artists,    I am renting a place in my shared studio from September 2023 to any individual living in France or abroad, of any nationality, with the ambition or desire to live an experience in Paris and to develop professional projects (exhibition preparation, research laboratory, residency, creative immersion...), for a personal and new exploration in Paris, a city with a thousand cultural facets.    The studio in question is located in a former factory with a unique architecture, now transformed into artists' studios, where various professions such as architects, stylists and designers also reside.   The available space is about 30m2 in a large studio of 112m2 with a beautiful brightness. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and toilets as well as a freight elevator and parking for bikes or motorcycles.   A few steps from the "Croix de Chavaux" metro station (Line 9 of the metro), access is very simple and fast in a district of Montreuil full of life, authentic markets, good restaurants.   The place is available from September 2023 and at a sliding scale of rates of : 180€ per week and 538€ per month. Minimum rental of two week. It is advisable to book as soon as possible to block the calendar and organize your visit in the best conditions.   Please note that the studio proposed for traveling artists is a work space for professional projects.
