Price is negotiable depending on the purpose of rental. As is (with no materials) is $200 USD per day or $1,400 per week including all utilities, but no art materials. A deposit will be required to reserve (50% at booking, remaining 50% 1 month in advance) and a security deposit (based on the length of stay) will be required and returned after space is inspected upon departure. Available most of Dec/March/April, July, and August. All other potential dates are subject to approval with our on-going class schedule, but happy to accommodate when we can. We can offer a service to provide all art materials needed. Table covers, paper plates for palettes, cups for drinking water, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. can all be provided and paid by the renter if requested. Daily cleaning can be provided for $30 per day. Space can be shared, private, or semi-private. No overnight sleeping available within the studio space, but plenty of options nearby in Reserva Conchal Resort or within Brasilito, Tamarindo, Potrero, Playa Grande, etc. Many beach towns within 5-30 minutes. 1 hour from the Liberia airport, 4 hours from the San Jose airport.
