I'm subletting my cozy room in shared studio while i'm away, but there's possibility to keep subletting half of the room after I'm back as well. The room is 19m, has access to bathroom directly, has big windows. We have no heating but plenty of electrical heaters we use. It has working bank, table, extra tables if you need, couch, some equipment for metalwork and sewing that you can use if you need for modest extra price, otherwise I'm open to help u rearrange it however you want if you rent for more than a week. We share 90m studio between 5 people, I have the biggest room with closest access to bathroom and water. My studiomates have to go through this room to use it, but all of us work and are not there more than few hours a week, so you will have lots of privacy as well, besides, they are super friendly artists and ready to help. The whole building is full of different studios and music spaces, so you can definetely be noisy and dirty here if you need.
