Newly renovated studio in Kwai Chung to share. It’s an open space with high ceiling and natural light. Approximately 300 sq ft work area of total 1000 sq ft available for painting, drawing or photography. There’s a private bathroom, tatami area for reading or relaxing, 24-hour building access and paid parking. Please note that this is a work space only, No living! The studio is in an industrial building so please expect to hear noise from printing machines next door (for me it’s white noise). I am looking for someone quiet and respectful that will not make a lot of dust or noise. Appreciate if you use odourless mineral spirits than strong smell turpentine.
