This space is in the Roma Norte arts district of Mexico City. With the loft/residence on the second floor, including an open floor plan with kitchen, two bedrooms, and a separate bath, the price is 900 euros per day. We will negotiate prices for long term stays. More about us: We are a place of encounter under permanent construction. An industrial space of 200 square meters with ceilings that reach from 7 to 9 meters in height. We are here on Stusu to invite you to make our space your own. We can provide a ground floor studio/gallery space and/or a second story loft/residency. We are invested in generating a continual dialogue among artists who cross disciplinary boundaries. We work with artists who are well established in Mexico and beyond, in addition to artists who are just now emerging and/or in process. We have used our space in the past for workshops, talks, expositions, performance art, film screenings, and residencies, and we are open to your ideas. We believe in art as a tool for transmitting knowledge and promoting transformation.
