The iscp building is right next door. 10 min walk from the Grand street L train station. We are interested in writers, illustrators, video artists, photographers, New media artists, also perfect for a small businesses starting out. Your space is about 30m with 4-5m ceilings within a 70m loft space. Its separated by a wall and maintains privacy. It is well lit(lamps and skylight) not furnished, painted and ready for a move in.
