Liosin Artist Retreat is a renovated farm cottage a short walk from the sea and miles of Wexford's sandy beaches. The cottage has a bedroom with double bed and cupboards, a kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge, table and chairs. The living room has a comfortable sofa and TV. There is a toilet and shower and another toilet. The studio is bright and clean with a table and 2 good walls. There is central heating for the winter months.
