Hi there! As I will be on 3 month break for the summer, I am subrenting my studio apartment from beginning of June till end of August. It is in a very good location, only 5-10 minutes by metro to central Lausanne and Lausanne station. Metro stop is a two minute walk from property. It includes its own private bathroom, shower and fridge, with a balcony as well that a fantastic view! Ideally, I am looking for a student and someone who will be responsible and keep the room relatively clean. There room is also furnished and there is a shared kitchen where you can meet other great students if you like. As it is the summer though, some will also be on vacation. Additionally, you will have your own cupboards and closet and a large locker just outside the room to keep all your suitcases or other personal belonging if you need. You will also have your own locker in the kitchen and an elevator to the room should you not wish to use the stairs.
