I am renting about half of my studio space out- the total size of the room is approx 750sq ft. Your space has 21' of continuous wall space among other walls. There is a storage wall made from beautiful reclaimed barn lumber on one side of the space behind which we keep all of our supplies to keep the room feeling clean and clear. You would have two full shelving units- 3'x7' for storage. There is also a refrigerator, dishes and kettle behind the wall. The front is used by another artist and myself- we are both designers who have a physical practice as well but are generally not in the studio in a full time capacity. There is no wall dividing the two spaces. If there were, you would lose the gorgeous light! We are looking for a mature and serious artist, designer, architect, etc. to share with us- we will also consider a collaborative team for the space. Internet and utility included. This is a very secure and quiet building and you also have access to my husband's space down the hall which has lots of wood working tools and is more of a shop space.
