This is an ideal place for artists, who want to stay in a quiet place to work, to see how life and culture is in Afrika and to enjoy nature. The house I rent, is not very big, but for your own and as we have up to 9 months sunny and dry weather (Oct/Nov-June/July) you can work or relax in the compound (4000m²). And even in the rainy season there are a lot of dry days where you can use several places in the shadow as well as in the sun. It is an ecological compound. Water comes from the own well and electricity works by sunpower. For the moment it is enough for light and charging electronical devices, but not for machines. (Max. output 300W)
