I am renting a 400sq ft studio adjacent to my studio. I am an artist and work in the studio 3 days a week. The studio is in a super quite building, it has a gigantic window, 11.5 ft high ceilings, freight elevator. Near to restaurants, cafès, supply stores, Path Train, buses to Manhattan. Monthly rent is $875, heat, electric, and internet included. I am looking for someone that can commit to a t least 3 or 4 months.
