The studio is on the 2nd Floor, full wall of functional windows, electricity outlets along entire wall of studio + overhead, 2 feedrails over cutting table and work area, restrooms + art/slop sink on every floor, and elevator access. BUILDING: Located at Nostrand Avenue + Park Avenue, 24/7 building access via key fob, front desk security + camera monitoring, staffed mail and package receipt, loading dock and (x3) freight elevators available 24/7. NEIGHBORHOOD: There are several Kosher bakeries and a Japanese grocery one block over and several bodegas including a Duane Reade and dollar stores 1-2 blocks away.
