I will be on baby break over the summer. The studio space is available July, August, September (The time frame is flexible, contact me to discuss the period you need a studio space for), if possible I would like to rent the space to one person for the whole time. The space is a shared studio, with big cutting tables and also a little wood workshop (downstairs) We have a big kitchen and a conference table all can use. The costs (155 per month) includes the rent as well as internet, kitchen use, cleaning etc. I am sharing a desk, my partner is usually there 3 days a week, when you will need to share with her (which is ok because she is very nice), on the other days the desk is basically yours. I have an industrial sewing machine, if you like you can rent this with the space. There is also shelves which you can use. We have a very nice backyard to have lunch in the sun.
