This is a great space for a fashion designer, textile artist, pattern maker, or other creator; for designing, making, or sewing production runs. There is a park next to the building and it is only a few minutes walk to many stores and restaurants in Pilsen. There is free street parking directly outside the building, and also a loading dock to unload your vehicle if needed, with access to an elevator.
