Hello, we're three very nice female illustrators from Germany and Argentina who are searching for a nice and reliable temporary studio mate for a lovely room from in a studio complex in Genslerstraße 13, Hohenschönhausen (Bezirk Lichtenberg). The room is 20 sqm in a complex with many other artists. You'd be a good match if your work is not noise-intensive. A desk is there, also an additional worktop (as in the pictures) and storage space. The space is available from 1.2. (the move in date is a bit stretchable) to the 6.3.2020. The room faces east and has a lot of daylight, and there is a wooden gallery for extra storage space of artwork. Something about the location: Ideally you live in Friedrichshain, Prenzlauer Berg or Lichtenberg, otherwise the studio could be too far for you. The rent is 83 Euro/mth per person including everything: electricity, VAT, Internet. There is a small bond, too. Looking forward to hearing from you, Nele
