We have a semi private studio space available in our loft on the UWS, great for an artist or a writer. The space is 8 x 20 feet, has natural light through a north facing window, 24 hour access, and a bathroom with cold water sink. It is extremely close to the 1 train and less than 10 minute's walk away from the 2, 3, and C trains. You would be subletting the space from a small local ed tech business, who run children's STEAM programs in the loft across the hall. Two other artists share an adjacent studio in the loft. The space is available on April 1, with an option to renew after one year. First, last, and one month's security deposit required for move in. References required.
