For reference, the place is right next to the well known Vietnamese restaurant Bun-ker, on Metropolitan Ave in Ridgewood. In the private studio there is windowless and has a slop sink. Utilities are included. Access to excellent free WiFi! There is a small common area that has tons of light to do computer work, and eat food. The common area has filtered water, a couch, a refrigerator, a coffee table and books (with space for your books as well). 24/7 access to a freight elevator.
