our project is an ensemble of creative workspaces for flexible temporary rental 6 - 15 months, in a large garden compound by Neukölln´s historic shipping canal. great for parking; public transport S/U Rathaus Neukölln; S Sonnenallee + buses. quiet yet centrally located, with everything in reach: shopping, restaurants, bars and nightlife, and the Spree river park for recreation... // unser projekt 'kreativ-studios' ist ein ensemble von drei pavillons auf einem großen gartenareal am Neuköllner Schifffahrskanal. ruhig aber zentral gelegen, also alles in der nähe, von shopping über gastronomie und nightlife, dazu das naherholungsgebiet an der Spree. gute parkmöglichkeiten, anbindung mit nahverkehr zb. S/U Neukölln und Sonnenallee und busse. das konzept ist generell 'flexible nutzung auf zeit' -see you around!
