Offering our wonderful and very well located gallery of approx 50sqm for short term rentals for pop ups, workshops, presentations, art exhibitions etc. Rentals for 1-7 days. Located on a really nice and rather busy Lenaustrasse in Neukolln, right between Hermannplatz and Maybachufer. The street facing gallery room is approx 22sqm and has industrial white+concrete look with distressed white wooden floors. Below this room is a private basement of approximately 15sqm and is available for rentals with the gallery room/whole venue or in some occasions we offer it individually too. We also have a second gallery room of same size and interior. The second gallery room is only available for rentals together with the front gallery room or as a full venue rental, unfortunately due to the positioning of the room we cannot offer just second gallery room rentals. There is some furniture on site like vintage original church benches (2x 3 ppl seating), original vintage school chairs (12pcs), several tables and smaller pieces of furniture and shelves, as well as interior items and decors, lots of plants etc. Please enquire with your needs and we can see what we have and can supply!
