About me
I have live Morocco since 2007. I am a practicing visul artists, arts manager and cultural coordinator. I set up Culture Vultures, established in 2009 as an arts and culture entity with an artists resdency at its core. That now is trimmed down to a more sustainable self employment entity with a partering civic association, SAMA. I thrive from living in a country that poses questons and challenges perceptions, where adaptability and creativity are everyday requirements. I feel very much at home in Sefrou. My work as an artist comes from the roots of abstract expressionism. Color, gesture of mark and abstraction are common approaches in my work. All-be-it painting at the root I often work off-piste. English is my naive tongue, I can socialize in Spanish, survive in French and wangle my way around in Moroccan Arabic. However my most accurate and sharp form of expression is visual.
