Hello ! I am offering one fully furnished 65 m2 apartment in Athens, Greece and this includes an additional 30 m2 work space as well. Aside from being a gallery director, I am an artist and so I am advertising these spaces to other artists who wish to have full access to both living and working studio space in this amazing and ancient city. The neighbourhood of Exarcheia where these spaces centrally located is particularly exciting as one of Athens' oldest and is also a vibrant and dynamic student neighbourhood. There are tons of bars, cafes and some wonderful museums namely the Archaeological Museum all within walking distance. The apartment however is quiet and comes equipped, with a washing machine and all the appliances you would need to feel comfortable during your stay. The studio workspace is short walk away from the apartment and is equipped with tools and plenty of space for production.
