Located in a beautiful neighborhood, 2 mins only from Nordbahnhof and in the souterrain of a 100 year old classical 'Berliner Mietshaus'. Cafés, Restaurants, a little water parc, ice parlours, playgrounds, organic food shops .. all around us. We have Wifi, a little kitchen, a great shower plus a little bit of storage space. Absolutely no way to use as an apartment. Six-month contracts. 2 rents deposit. 'Ladenraum' in the floor plan. We're friendly and kind. Max. 3 work spaces in shared studio, if 3, then each space for 200,-€/ mth, spaces differently subdivisable, all inclusive. Further one work table for 120,-/month.
