Monthly rental fee: $1,850 including utilities We are seeking an artist who is interested in subleasing a private furnished bedroom, private bathroom, and shared art studio (approx. 800 sq ft) at The Residency Project (www.theresidencyproject.org) in Pasadena for 2-3 months between the period of January 1 and May 30, 2023. Listing Details: -Monthly fee includes a private, furnished bedroom and private bathroom in shared house with large shared art studio, onsite laundry, and huge outdoor space. -Utilities (wifi, gas, electric, water, trash) are included in the monthly fee. -TRP is walking distance to Metro L line (goldline), Rose Bowl, Old Town Pasadena, grocery and convenience stores, restaurants, shops, and more. -The applicant can expect to share the house with two residency staff members, possibly other artists who may stay for short term residencies, and 1 friendly hypo-allergenic dog. -The artist's room comes furnished with a queen bed, nightstand, lamp, closet, dresser, small table/desk with chair, and mini fridge. -The artist will also have access to a large shared studio located on the second floor. -As a resident at TRP, the artist's work will be highlighted on TRP's website and social media throughout their sublease. Notes: The house, built in 1914, is not ADA accessible. There are stairs up to the front door, from the back porch down to the lawn, and from the main floor up to the art studio. Unfortunately, because we have a resident dog, we cannot support pets, service animals, or ESAs.
