Artist studio I use for graphic work, prints, and photography,a bit of painting. There is an enlarger and and everything for a photographer that likes to develop and print his own bw in a separate room that has a sink and can easy be darkened. The unit has two rooms for yourself, there's a double mattress, a sofa, a table, and shares the kitchen and the toilet/shower with other 4 residents, that you probably will meet during your stay. Quiet place, sort of zen. Top floor, amazing view from the balcony! I am happy if somebody wants to come here get inspired and create!
