We are looking for someone to join our studio space in Neukolln from October 1st. The studio is close to U Boddinstrasse with plenty of cafes, supermarket etc close by. The space is 80sqm. It was fully renovated in 2021 and has a new bathroom and a good sized kitchen with stove and fridge. It is on the ground floor but luckily we still get direct sunlight. There are 2 rooms in the studio. The available desk is in the larger room shared with 2 set designers. The smaller room has another 2 people, so we would be 5 in total. We are all mostly doing desk work in the space so it is a generally quiet studio. The desk would be suited to someone that is doing computer based or small format work. The rent is 292eur Brutto per month and we can provide a tax receipt. Rent includes utilities as well as internet and monthly cleaning. The desk is also included, but you would need to bring your own chair. You will receive your own key, so you have access 24/7. We require 1 month rent as deposit.
