Quiet, peaceful shared studio space for painters, mixed media, photographers,writers and graphic designers. Excellent working atmosphere, 700sq ft open space partitioned into two areas. Front area is 350sq ft with shared kitchenette, painting racks, counters my own desk space and studio mates drawing area. The back room is also 350sq ft and is available to an individual artist for $500/month + utilities or two separate artists or collaborative for $300/month each. 5-10 min walk to Dumbos coffee shops, restaurants and water front. Studio offers 12ft ceilings, lots of natural light with two large windows and concrete floors. Elevator and Freight, for easy transportation of large pieces of art work and equipment.
