This beautiful room in a community at Theodor-Heuss-Platz is looking for an artist/photographer or freelancer to rent for 3 days/week of personal and individual use. During these days you would be alone in the room, using it to your own desire. The room ( similar to the one in the photo ) is going to be cleared on the 1st of April and turned into a cozy and intimate space for photography, mostly involving pregnancy fine art portraits and family imagery in general. I will be providing photo backgrounds and furniture, but NOT sharing the photo equipment. I'm looking for a colleague who is either a photographer with similar activity ( more or less ), or a tidy artist/writer/freelancer who is not using heavy machinery or paint. I love a stress free environment and good, effective communication, so the person I am sharing the space with should be chill, positive minded and treat the space with respect. The building is located right next to the Ubahn station, in a commercial street and the first floor is entirely dedicated to practices and ateliers. There is a reception area with a kitchen and a bathroom for shared use. The place is very quiet, as each practice is working on appointment only. There is the possibility of having the name or logo of your brand on the front of the building and at the main door. The general atmosphere is professional and it is a good look for pretentious clients. The monthly rent is 350 euros, including 3 days/week full and individual access, utilities, cleaning, bathroom/kitchen supplies and wifi. Deposit is 800 euros.
