This room is a Praxis-type studio. It would suit musicians, graphic designers, video artists, filmmaker, entrepreneur, massage / reiki therapists or counsellor... Equally a great calm space for artists not working with so much mess There is one big 2m smooth top desk there with computer chair and shelf [the image keep being rotated by the uploader on this platform - sorry about that]. And a wall for brainstorming. We could - if you need the monitors, move them behind the table and both use the big table for music making and leave out the mixer [I have a 12 channel mixer]. I'm definitely looking for someone who likes to work in the mornings / a few days a week, and someone who is neat, as I use the space in the late afternoons-evening with client sessions in a healing capacity or making sound... So the room is available to you from mornings until 14:00 [or on specific days fi you prefer] It would be good if we could make a schedule to be able to use the room in our own time. The space itself is situated within a community of artists, high ceilings, long industrial corridors and creative self-employed folks. We share a Hoff with a bio bakery, and small community garden. The room is flooded with natural light, in the communal space we share a kitchen, large bathroom (inc. shower), and front desk area. I am an artist who is producing painting and electronic music / drumming, working with concept, spirituality, and ritual processes.
