This is my studio. I love it! It's been an amazing time painting in this space the past 6 years. My wife designed this studio for making large paintings and it does not let down. The main working area has northern facing skylights keeping the light constant all day long. I'm moving into a new studio, so it's yours for the taking. The studio is located in the San Miguel Chapultepec. In my own opinion the best neighborhood in the city. Located 2 streets down from the Kurimanzutto Gallery and 4 blocks from Labor Gallery and Casa Barragan, this studio situates you in the middle of most important art neighborhood in the city. You are also 3 blocks down from the Bosque de Chapultepec, Mexico City's equivalent of Central Park. We are looking for a responsible, respectful artist or artists to make this their studio for medium or long term stays (From a few months up to a year). The duration of your stay in the studio is negotiable, as well as the cost depending of the length of your stay; so feel free to contact us if you are interested. The studio includes: - 2 work spaces - Terrace - Bathroom (without a shower) In the cost of the rent the following services are included: - Electricity - Drinking water out of the faucet (we have onsite water filters) - Hi-speed internet * If you are ceramics artist, we are open to talking about the option of you bringing a kiln into the space. * We also have a 48 m2 studio-apartment on the level bellow the studio space, which is also available at an extra cost if you are also looking for a place to live.
