By july 2019 it will have a kitchenette, shower and maybe a closed off space with AC and bed. I am an artist and academic. My practice is based around this project: www.halldorophone.info An electro acoustic string instrument I am developing, eventually this space will be set up to work on this and similar projects. There will be some tools for light carpentry (negotiably for use by tenants). The space is light and BIG, suitable for painters or other creatives to spread out. My first priority will be my neighbours when considering noise levels generated by potential tenants, on-going loud work (wood, metal) is not acceptable in this space. Other than that I'm happy to share this wonderful space with other creatives, don't hesitate to hit me up if you have questions. I also have a small penthouse apartment 500m up the hill which may be available, ask me about that.
