Were artists that want to rent 2 rooms in the southeast of Berlin. The building is located near the S-Bahn station Baumschulenweg and has a very good (direct!) connection to the Ringbahn. You would have to rent with a documentary film maker that needs the room as photo studio for about 2 days in a week. When hes not there he would put his equipment in the corner which means you would have the whole room. The cost is 13 Euro/ qm - no extracost. That means you pay 195Euro in a month. If you pay taxes you can get 30Euro back from the Finanzamt. Theres electricity, good heat, and WiFi with no extra cost. We want to get in at Juny 2017!
