Shared studio space in 1717 Troutman right off the L train Jefferson Street stop. Move in date December 1. It's a little over 165 square feet in an open space in a larger shared space with 8 other artists (mainly oil/acrylic painters). Rent is $460 a month plus $460 deposit to move in. There's a shared slop sink, 24 hr building access, freight elevator and an amazing roof deck. Sorry we don't have any photos of an empty space but you would be receiving an empty studio with a cool steps/loft storage space. The sublease is through May 31, 2017 with the option to renew. Please take note that this is a work space only. No living! All of the artists that are in this space are busy working jobs in the arts and all have varying days/hours at the studio. We are looking for someone quiet and respectful that will not make a lot of dust or noise. We do like talking with each other from time to time, but for the most part, we are in our studios hard at work with our headphones on and looking for someone similar.
