This is a wonderful studio in the Red Hook/Carroll Gardens area of Brooklyn. Size 13 x 16 feet, (208 square feet) high ceiling, 24/7 access, freight elevators, secure, totally private (keyed door). It is a well-managed, and friendly artist community with gallery, kitchenettes, slob sinks, and several bathrooms. It is an interior space with built-in exhaust and excellent lighting. There are tables, chairs, a sturdy cart and shelves for your use. NO LIVING, NO SMOKING The studio is ideal for a visual artist (painting, photography, or video/film). I am open to extending the lease through October, or the first two weeks of October, on a pro rata basis. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: US$639 monthly.
