Smart Space is a 24 hour shared space divided into 12 semiprivate studios and a common space that can be reserved online or through our app. Each studio is at least 100sqft. Our space is on the 4th floor and is flooded with natural light. The studio is ideal for artists of all mediums including painters, digital artists, and mixed media artists. Memberships include lockers for secure storage for both paintings and materials as well as open cubby spaces. The spaces are professional and come equipped with easels, stools, storage, and tabletop workspaces. Wifi, AC, are included and photography and web services for artists are also available. There are two membership levels available: $400/month: 24 hour access Monday-Friday (no weekends) $600/month: 24/7 access Located at 28th and Broadway, there are endless food options nearby and transportation including the N,R directly under the building and the 1,6 and Herald Square Subways just steps away. The building has a keyed entry and 24 hour video surveillance systems in place.
