I am subletting my room within an artist studio / co-living space in Moabit, Berlin. The whole flat is for living, but my housemate Ram - who is an artist works from home and has made it his studio. The room that is being subletted (has a bed and everything in it) can only be reached by passing through Ram's studio/ room. There is a kitchen and bathroom as well. Ram is a painter, sculptor, photographer / he works in basically any medium. The room that is being subletted is mainly used as a living space and photography studio. Sometimes we transform Ram's room into a studio - there's high ceilings and beautiful light - very open space. Looking for someone to rent out from February 18th - May 1st.
