Dear All, , my lovely 15 qm studio room is available from April on, for long term, preferable for minimum 1 year, but it could be less. it is possible to make any kind of art, but in the evening no noisy stuff please. it is located in the very central Prenzlauerberg, only 2 min from the Mauerpark , any kind of public transport is within 2 min walk distance. it is a room in a studio apartment with 3 studio rooms. you will have tables and chairs. there is toilet in the apartment and a small tea corner. no wlan is available. the studio is on the ground floor, so no need to carry stuff on the stairs. it is also possible to offer workshops due to the very nice location. if you are interested please contact me. :) just send a message if you have any questions or wanna take a look.
