I rent my studio when I am away on art-trips. It is a live-work situation within an apartment. There is wifi, washer-dryer, bathroom with bath/shower, kitchen, fridge etc. Bedding and towels etc are given. The space is more suited to light practise (so no welding/concrete mixing etc), but can be adjusted before your arrival if you are a painter or so. Let me know :) There is an obi (building shop) over the road, supermarkets nearby, great coffee a 15min walk away and a ceramic studio downstairs.
