Located off the R, in a great neighborhood and great building. Slop Sink, Common Kitchen, Outdoor Spray Area, Secure Bike Parking. Use of Flat Files - which also serves as a great standing work table. This is my amazing studio that I share with a jewelry designer (who is hardly there). My portion for rent is 150 sq feet (in a 200 sq foot private space), and she has a small workbench that is in the corner . The space will have the flat files, and you can use 3 drawers for your own storage. I have a small lofted storage area, but the rest of the space will be empty. This space is in a larger studio complex, so no loud noise or dust aloud. Everyone is super friendly, so definitely want to keep it that way. There is a nice common area with microwave/kettle/sitting area for lunch. Off the common area there is an outdoor area for spraying, a clean bathroom, and separate slop sink. Internet and all utilities included.
