This is my studio space at The Hatchery Place, which I'm currently not utilizing due to my leg accident recovery period. It is very cozy and full of light! Great space to create whole year through in warm Malaysia. It comes with an attached bathroom, a ceiling fan, a sofa bed (with bedding for sleeping), 2 desks, an easel, and all the facilities of a coliving space in the same creative house. This is also a coliving home, with a resident indoor cat Ginger. Studio has wifi, free water, coffee & tea, kitchen downstairs for cooking, shared hot shower bathroom, and coworking space downstairs to work with others. Backyard has a mini garden for relaxing. We also run creative activities (workshops, meetups) in this house, and it's open for all/public to join. The person who will rent this studio should be neat and focused on work, and also be okay with living with a cat in the house. Please have in mind that there are other coliving & coworking people (not necessary artists) in the same house. Not included in for usage (but placed in the studio for storage & my own use) are - my painting tools & supplies, my canvases, my artworks & art merchandize. House Rules: - No visitors allowed, the studio is only rented to you. - Do not leave the windows open unattended (as our tropical rain are very heavy, water tend to splash into the room when it rains) - Take care of the paintings in the room as they are in the gallery. Do not touch or splash water on them (sometimes it happens when you have washed your hands or hair, coming out from the bathroom). The artworks stored here are still available for sale, therefore you will be liable if damaged. - Ginger, the resident cat is not allowed in the studio.
