The studio is 600sf in total and is shared with another very organized, established female artist (300sf each). Your rent will be $800 a month. High ceilings allow for double deck shelving units (some already built) and a huge functioning window that also faces the Manhattan skyline. Heat and A/C are already installed and are part of $800.
