Hi there, I'm Hanna. :) I'm renting out my beautiful studio in an old factory building in Brooklyn. – THE STUDIO is located in the famous McKibbin Lofts. It has one wall of windows which let in tons of daylight and sunlight is shining in all day. It has a beautiful wooden floor and very high ceilings. Since it's on the 4th floor we're directly under the beautiful and spacious roof deck with brand new outdoor furniture (not in the pictures). There's a huge elevator. Parking outside the building is available. Laundry is available in the building if needed (Washer + Dryer). There's an entire kitchen and a beautiful bathroom right in the studio, so it's like a separate apartment. The studio is just a 5 minutes walk away from the Morgan L and 12 minutes from the Flushing J/M, so you'll get to the city in 30 minutes or less (Midtown or Downtown). It's in an artsy neighborhood with lots of artist studios, galleries, bars, grocery stores (vegan, plant-based food, as well as supermarkets, bakeries, diners, 24/7) and the best clubs. Downstairs in the building is a bar and a club. There's a great community of artists in this building, some are hanging out with the neighbors a lot. However, if you want to stay private you'll rarely meet anybody. – ABOUT MYSELF: I'm a communication/graphic designer, photographer, design researcher, behavioral designer and artist from Germany. I studied communication design in Germany, where I grew up, and came to New York for an internship in a graphic design studio in Manhattan two years ago. Now I'm studying a MA degree in Transdisciplinary Design and Psychology at Parsons School of Design. Beside that I'm photographing events, freelancing as a graphic designer and am trying out different media for personal art, like oil painting.
