I am leaving town for one month and always sad to leave this incredible space behind. It's a gorgeous 350sq foot studio with tall ceilings and 3 huge windows (Northern Light). The studio is located in the back of gallery. It's a very professional space to bring clients and collectors to. There are 3 other artists with private studios as well. There is a freight elevator available for use of bringing in larger items. Access to amazing sunsets on the roof while taking a break from the grind is only a floor above. The studio is 24hour access. Included is not only wifi, AC, electric (water...bathroom in the gallery) but an espresso maker, mini fridge, sofa, desk, easel, drafting stool, epson printer and shelving. Beautiful plants will also stay. The area is a wonderful art community, with tons of galleries, coffee shops, cozy restaurants and off the beaten path bars. The space is available beginning September 25th through October 25, with possibility of taking over the lease. (I will take down the art, so you will have 3 large white walls.
