I am able to sublet or share my studio for light work. I prefer clean conceptual work, because I have to keep my studio clean for the work that I am doing. If you are flexible, we can also share and switch days of working inside the studio. I have my paintings storaged there. But the room has space and there can be at least one wall used. I am looking for responsible people who need a quiet space for their work. Its nothing long term. But I want to give the possibility to use the space as much as possible. The studio is on the 3rd floor. The building is not far from Alexanderplatz and a creative area of different designers and artist and eventmanagers. (Projekt030/ Alte Münze) During the winter we have to use electronic heaters. The room has good light.
