Our beautiful, 2000 sq ft studio with 4 permanent private art and design studios offers a 1050 sq ft production space for daily rentals, - Lovingly called "Throne Room" because of its high ceiling, this large space is ideal for any creative video/photo/production shoot you can dream of. We are a newly female-found and renovated artist-run space, with 16-ft high ceilings, concrete floors, and a pristine white wall (34 x 16 feet) — our spacious open layout is the perfect ambiance for your creative shoot. -----Our luminous and spacious studio features a lovely indirect skylight allowing natural light to filter through in the afternoon for a soft, skybox effect. Strong tube lights further help create a brightly-lit environment. -------Our multifunctional space also hosts small events, film crews and talent, creative art projects, design productions, pop-ups, workshops, and in-progress showings.
